What stays on the device
Daily plans, task ordering, focus targets and focus history are designed to remain local to the person’s device.
Microsoft To Do
Requests to Microsoft To Do go directly to Microsoft Graph using the permissions granted by the connected account.
WorkflowMax
Pomy retrieves relevant client, job and task context. A timesheet is sent only after the person explicitly chooses to record it.
Focus history
Focus history supports the person’s own review and progress. Pomy is not designed to turn it into employee scores or rankings.
Companion
The optional companion is off on webpages until the person turns it on. It can also remain quiet.
What Pomy does not collect for surveillance
Pomy is not intended to collect screenshots, keystrokes, browsing history, attendance, productivity scores or utilisation rankings.
